Faithlife Corporation (previously known as Logos Bible Software) is currently hiring PT (25hrs) English and Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Reps. Come be part of a great and amazing team. Avoid the commute to work as you can work from the comforts of your own home. 


Requirements:

* Commitment to excellent customer service 
* Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
* Must have basic computer proficiency with both PC and Mac.
* Comfortable with mobile platforms such as iOS and Android
* Have excellent communication and listening and problem solving skills
* Ability to project a friendly voice while speaking with customers, even in difficult situations 
* Must develop basic product knowledge 
* Ability to perform a variety of tasks in a timely manner 
* Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time 
* 2 Weeks of paid training of 40 hours a week
* Our department is open Monday through Saturday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Must be able to work Saturdays
* High speed internet access. Computer for work would be provided by Faithlife
