Role Summary:
Trade Global is hiring home-based Agents to provide exceptional service to the customers of our valued Clients like Hugo Boss, Cole Haan, Versace, and The Limited. These are direct hire, paid opportunities that do not require any upfront investment. Customer Service Agents will handle a variety of customer interactions (phone, email, chat) as they relate to Order Processing, Order Tracking, Product Assistance and Customer Service.
Full time and Part time shifts are available.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answers inbound customer calls
- Accurately enters information into the order management system
- Respond to emails accurately and in a timely manner
- Makes outbound calls to customer when needed to resolve customer related issues
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions
- Occasional onsite training and/or meetings may be required, and will be scheduled with two weeks of notice to home-based agents
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have a dedicated workspace free from outside intrusion and noise
- Must have a broadband network connection
- Must be well spoken, have the ability to show empathy, possess analytical skills to resolve the customers issues.
- Prior Customer Service experience (retail, restaurant, etc)
- Prior Call Center experience
- At least a high school diploma
- Computer skills; the ability to learn technical information provided in trainings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and the desire to take on additional responsibility
- A good phone voice and a professional phone manner
- A passion and sense for fashion
- The desire to help people
- Excellent social skills
